New special editions for the start of kindergarten

Has your child got off to a good start at kindergarten? Has everyday family life settled in well with the new daily routine? How do you manage to say goodbye and let go? The new special editions of the parents' magazine Fritz+Fränzi, which are aimed at parents of kindergarten children, deal with these questions.

In terms of developmental psychology, the two kindergarten years are a period of impressive leaps in development that will amaze you as parents, grandparents, godparents or godfathers. This intensive and exciting kindergarten period is the subject of four special issues produced by the Stiftung Elternsein, publisher of the Swiss parents' magazine Fritz+Fränzi. You will find two of them in your kindergarten post today:

  • Das «Kindergartenheft 1. Jahr/Herbst» mit dem Titel «Endlich Chindsgi» wendet sich an Eltern von Kindergartenschülern der ersten Kindergartenklasse.
  • Das «Kindergartenheft 2. Jahr/Herbst» mit dem Titel «Fast schon gross» wendet sich an Eltern von Kindergartenschülern der zweiten Klasse.
The latest booklets at a glance: "Kindergarten 1st year autumn 2019 / Chindsgi at last" and "Kindergarten 2nd year autumn 2019 / Almost grown up" were published at the end of August 2019. Single issues can be ordered here.

Kindergarten parents have many questions. How does the child cope with the step from the security of home into a new, unknown world? How does the transition from kindergarten to after-school care succeed ? How do girls and boys learn to «wait» and deal with criticism? And what can parents do if their child suddenly starts dreaming of monsters again at night?
On 2 September, around 2,700 kindergartens in German-speaking Switzerland will receive a package containing 20 copies each of «Endlich Chindgsi» and «Fast schon gross». The booklets are free and are intended for the parents of kindergarten children. The Elternsein Foundation would like to thank all kindergarten teachers for forwarding the booklets.
If you belong to the above-mentioned target groups but have not received a magazine from your kindergarten, you can now order individual copies of the special kindergarten magazines at the regular magazine price in our online shop. Or you can contact your kindergarten teacher, who can reorder the magazines free of charge using our special form for kindergartens .
I hope you enjoy reading - and wish your child a good start.
Yours sincerely - Claudia Landolt, Head Author and Project Manager Kindergarten Booklets
