During my time at secondary school, I realised that this type of learning did not suit me. It bothered me that I was being taught knowledge but was unable to apply it. It was a long process to finally drop out of secondary school and embark on a different path.
As a first step, I looked for a job opportunity. My interest in sports and health led me to jobs at health companies, where I gained three years of work experience.
At the same time, I began to take an interest in the huge hype surrounding nutrition and exercise on social media. What was behind all these tips? I wanted to gain a better understanding of the human body, how it works and what is good for it.
I am always on the move and interact with a wide variety of people. That suits me very well.
This led me to discover the profession of movement and health promotion specialist EFZ while searching for a training opportunity . The breadth of the subject , from anatomy and clinical pictures to professional sports, continues to inspire me to this day. What's more, I get to be active all the time and am constantly interacting with a wide variety of people. That suits me very well.
Meanwhile, I stand by my decision to choose an apprenticeship over a degree. I am a practical person and took a slight detour. The experiences I gained along the way enriched me and led me to the right career.
