Today, the test is widely used in scientific research to provide an objective basis for the self-esteem of study participants. However, it is by no means a diagnostic tool that can be used as part of a psychological or psychotherapeutic examination. Rather, the test provides a rough indication of how your self-esteem is doing.

Evaluation:

Add up all the points. The total number of points can be between 0 and 30. The higher the total number of points, the more likely you are to have high self-esteem.
