The paediatrician is Associate Professor of Developmental Paediatrics ad personam at the University of Zurich and heads the Department of Developmental Paediatrics at the local children's hospital. She specialises in children with developmental risks - premature babies and children with a severe congenital heart defect. As part of long-term studies, she monitors their development, investigates any abnormalities and late effects and supports them in improving their quality of life.
