Adi and Jess, part 5: Learning for the exam - but brain-friendly

Now it's getting serious: Adi's final apprenticeship exam is coming up. Will he be able to recall what he has learnt? These tricks and hacks will help him to memorise the material better.

The final part of the video series «Adi & Jess - #lernenamlimit» by psychologists Stefanie Rietzler and Fabian Grolimund is aimed specifically at young people: The final exam is approaching and Adi is on the home straight.

The film shows which memory principles we should absolutely observe when learning in order to learn in a brain-friendly way. Adi learns why repetition is so important and why we should learn using multiple channels.

Our brain consists of several areas that are responsible for different tasks: Seeing, reading, speaking, writing, hearing, etc. If we activate several of these areas when learning, content is memorised more quickly and retained for longer. At the same time, learning becomes more varied.
