The campaign, which was honoured by an international jury of experts, includes online films, blog posts, events and texts in the Swiss parents' magazine Fritz+Fränzi. The communication strategy won gold in the «Cross Media/Brand Awareness» category and was also honoured with the «Grand Award» in the overall «Cross Media» category.

The WorldMediaFestivals honour internationally outstanding works once a year. Audiovisual, printed and online productions from the fields of information, education and entertainment are honoured. «Parents are picked up in their daily media usage routine and the relevant formats and contributions are played out on different channels. In this way, the non-profit foundation Elternsein succeeds in meeting parents at eye level,» said the jury, explaining its decision.

The awards of the WorldMediaFestival 2022 for the Elternsein Foundation

«The fact that our work has been recognised by an international team of experts is proof that our concepts are of exceptional innovation and quality. And that we use our resources intelligently and purposefully. I am particularly pleased that the socially relevant project «Parental Education for All» has won such a prestigious award,» says Thomas Schlickenrieder, Managing Director of the Elternsein Foundation. The two WorldMediaFestivals Awards are the preliminary highlight of a series of national and international awards for Stiftung Elternsein: In 2014 and 2018, Fritz+Fränzi received the «Q Award» for the best specialist magazine in Switzerland, and in 2020 the parenting guide was honoured with the «European Magazine Award» in the «Indie» category. This category honours magazines that are published without the support of a major publisher.
