Fritz+Fränzi with new readership record

Bucking the trend: while many newspapers and magazines are reaching fewer and fewer readers, the Swiss parents' magazine Fritz+Fränzi is growing once again and reaching more readers than ever before in its 20-year history. This is according to the figures from the latest Mach Basic Study, which is conducted twice a year by WEMF AG für Werbemarktforschung.

In the survey period from October 2019 to September 2020 (Mach-Basic 2021_1), our magazine recorded 211,000 readers - that's 3,000 more than in last autumn's survey and 5,000 more than a year ago.

Switzerland's leading parenting guide has increased its readership by 64,000 readers within five years (2016 to 2021). The popular science monthly magazine is one of the few print titles in Switzerland whose readership is constantly growing.

On behalf of Stiftung Elternsein, the publisher of Fritz+Fränzi, and the editorial team, I would like to thank you, dear reader, for your loyalty, praise and criticism. And for allowing us to continue to accompany you and your children - in both easy and challenging times.

Stay with us. Stay confident.
Nik Niethammer, Editor-in-Chief of Swiss parenting magazine Fritz+Fränzi
