Fritz+Fränzi makes massive gains
Bucking the trend: while many newspapers and magazines are reaching fewer and fewer readers, the Swiss parents' magazine Fritz+Fränzi continues to grow and, at 247,000, reaches more readers than ever before in its 22-year history. This is confirmed by the latest figures from the Mach-Basic study, which is published twice a year by Wemf AG für Werbemarktforschung.
With a whopping increase of 21,000 readers compared to the last survey in spring, the Swiss parents' magazine Fritz+Fränzi has recorded its biggest growth since it was founded in 2001.
Four out of five issues are read in full
A look back shows: Within seven years, the readership of Switzerland's leading parenting guide has grown by a total of 100,000 people. The popular science monthly magazine is one of the few print titles in Switzerland that is constantly gaining readers.
On average, readers pick up each of the ten issues of Fritz+Fränzi three times. The average reading time per issue is 43 minutes, and four out of five issues are read in their entirety - from the first to the last page.
On behalf of the Elternsein Foundation, publisher of the Swiss parenting magazine Fritz+Fränzi, and the editorial team, we would like to thank our numerous content and advertising partners, our sponsors, freelance authors and of course you, dear reader, for your loyalty, praise and criticism.
